Wellbeing Workshops

UAL Counselling, Health Advice and Chaplaincy service offers regular workshops and events to support student wellbeing. Events are free and open to all UAL students. You can sign up to any event to book your place. Workshops are currently held either online or in person at UAL college sites. Topics include Managing Anxiety, Imposter Syndrome, Procrastination, Coping with Bereavement and Loss, Healthy Eating and Sleep Hygiene.
