Our guided meditation sessions, currently held online* on Tuesdays and Thursdays during term-time, are suitable for beginners and those with an existing practice. Simple mindfulness techniques are introduced, including focussing on breathing, sensory awareness, and visualisation. You can keep your camera off or on, as you prefer. Sessions last approximately 25 minutes, and all are welcome, whether you have attended recently or not — please see our THIS WEEK section for details or contact the chaplains for further information
